BAN the Outsourcing of Voter Roll Maintenance and Management
Withdraw from the ERIC System

The Legislature shall direct the Governor to enter into an Interstate Compact with one or more states to fund and secure the US Border including finishing the US Southern Border Wall
Adopt an Alien Registration Act providing for mandatory registration of aliens who have illegally entered the United States or, having entered legally, have overstayed their visa or violated the terms of their visa; providing for criminal penalties and incarceration
Ban Gender Modification of Children
Florida must ban chemical castration, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, genital mutilation, body alteration surgery, psychological/social transitioning, and any other methods applied to or performed on all individuals, regardless of gender, under the age of eighteen years of age.
Stop the Sexualization of Florida’s Children
Expand the state’s definition of a “sexually oriented business” to include any venue that hosts a “drag performance,” which would prohibit children from attending any such event
Expand the “Parents’ Rights” Law thru the 12th grade
Support Risk Avoidance Curriculum that builds student awareness, motivation and skill sets to avoid risky activity by focusing on future goals and dreams by learning the dangers and how to avoid drugs, alcohol, sexual activity, human trafficking, social media manipulation and mental and physical abuse in all Publicly Funded K-12 Florida Schools
Promulgate Disciplinary Policies Addressing Teachers who break the law by introducing pornographic information and materials to children under eighteen years old
Ban Land Ownership by Hostile Agents
Ban China and Agents of the Chinese Communist Party OR any hostile country from buying any and ALL Florida Real Property.
Abolish Abortion
Abolish abortion by ensuring the right to life and equal protection of the laws to all preborn children from the moment of conception, including adopting tools to ensure the enforcement of our laws to protect life if State Attorneys fail to do so.
Defend Our Gun Rights
Repeal “Red-Flag Laws”
Prohibit and invalidate all federal laws and regulations that infringe on the Peoples’ right to keep and bear arms and also prohibit under penalty of law, all local and state law enforcement from enforcement of any such law or regulation
Eliminate Gun-Free zones
Restore the 2nd Amendment Rights to 18-20 years olds
Pass full permit-less, Open-Carry (Constitutional Carry)
Fully-Funded Universal School Choice (HB 1)
Pass fully funded legislation to ensure the choice of schooling where the money follows the child
Enact and enforce both criminal and civil penalty when Parents’ Rights are violated
Ban Taxpayer-Funded Lobbying
Abolish all forms of taxpayer-funded lobbying
Defund Marxism in Florida Education
BAN & defund all publicly funded DEI “Diversity, Equity, Inclusion” programs in colleges, universities, and schools statewide.
Prohibit SEL “Social Emotional Learning” communication to our students including, but not limited to, books, speakers, teachers, etc.
End Disney’s Corporate Tax Loophole
Pass a “combined reporting” law to end Disney’s corporate tax loophole
Protect Citizens' Medical Freedom
Enact Civil Rights Act on vaccine and immunity as a protected class
Do not allow Employers to discriminate based on vaccine and immunity
Prohibit vaccine and immunity data from crossing state line or to Federal Government
Protect Faith Within Education
Allow display of traditional Scriptures in classroom (e.g. Ten Commandments)
Allow moral teachings from historic texts as literature classes to be added to curriculum
Enhance Solar Freedom
Allow utility users to remove themselves from power grid without penalty
Eliminate minimum fee charges on consumers imposed by utility companies
Amend Sunshine Laws
Amend the Sunshine Laws to allow members of political subdivisions (county, city, special districts) to communicate freely
